Tutorial Patchwork - How to make a great block step by step!

In this video tutorial you will see how to make a circular block using the technique of patchwork. Specifically, we will explain how to create a piece of work, then should then be created four equal parts to achieve complete blockage.

With this type of pattern you can create many things, such as a tent, a tablecloth, but even a blanket.
You will need the following materials:
- two colored fabrics (different motive),
- a ruler,
- the cutter,
- some pins,
- a sewing machine.

First, take your two fabrics and cut a square for each about 20 cm for side, place them on top of each other and draw a diagonal from one corner to the other. Once this is done, hold the two squares and sew along both sides of the diagonal drawn, about 1 cm away from the latter, after cut with the cutter along the diagonal.

At this point you have a square consisting of two triangles of different colours and textures, then cut strips 2 cm, invert each one and sew together. Thus completed the first part of the block, all you have to do is create another three to complete it, and when you will have finally created many blocks, you will need to sew them together to realize the creation you want.
