Terry Flanagan vs Diego Magdaleno - Highlights

In front of his home crowd in Manchester, the 26 year old Terry Flanagan successfully defended the WBO lightweight putting ko the challenger Diego Magdaleno.
"Turbo" Flanagan has literally wiped out his opponent, inflicting three knockdowns in the second round. After two and a half minutes of the second round the referee O'Connor stopped the match with Magdaleno on the ropes and no longer able to defend himself.
Magdaleno, 28 year old from Las Vegas, was in his second opportunity to win world title. In the first title match he fight he was defeated on points by Rocky Martinez.
Against Flanagan there was nothing to do, the champion proved stronger and disputing probably the best match of his career. For Flanagan was the first defense of the WBO world title, captured in July against Jose Zepeda. A match that saw him only protagonist and that established him as a boxer absolute worldwide level.
