Shaolin kung fu solve World Records, To Walk On Water!
Nothing special effects, but just a lot of concentration and hard training, but also technical and speed: these are the ingredients that have allowed Shi Liliang running along 125 meters of water, valid distance to break the world record as he won in 2014 .
The technique used to accomplish this feat is called "Shui shang piao", Chinese word translated in english means "run on water": it is a martial art typical of North China, which requires a lot of commitment and self-sacrifice to be learned.
But training and technical part, the exercise could not succeed without a "little" help: all the way to the monaco must make there are a number of sheets of plywood, about a centimeter thick, resting on the water that allow the monaco to hop on them and maintain the balance necessary to make a crossing of 125 meters on the surface of a pond near Quanzhou.
