Muscle Cars burnout compilation: C3, Camaro, Ford Torino, Chevelle SS..
This video is a great compilation of burnouts made by the most wonderful Muscle cars of the late Sixties and early Seventies.
The car manufacturers you can see in this video are the main of those years, starting with the Chevrolet (with the Camaro, the Impala, the Corvette and the Chevelle), the Plymouth (the Barracuda), the Buick (with his GS 455), and closing with Ford and his Torino Cobra.
All the burnouts are recorded at the Mid Michigan Motorplex and are pre drag race warm up.
The first car is a second generation 1970 Camaro SS L78, all black with white stripes, a power of 375 hp generously given by the 6.5 Litres V8.
Second, another car made in Chevy: a 1967 Impala, fourth generation, black, under the hood a 427 cubic-inch engine, 7.0 Litres V8 Turbo jet.
Then a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, third generation of the popular car of the brand, with the very rare Hemi engine, a 7.0 Litres, 426 cu and 425 horse power (a power-ratio near to 1:1) that was produced in only 650 examples.
The video continues with a 1972 Buick Gran Sport 455 Stage 1, with a power of 360 hp given by the 7.4 Buick V8. The body is yellow for this very valued car.
Yellow is also the 1970 Ford Torino Cobra, equipped with the Super Cobra Jet engine, a volume of 429 cubic-inch and an extimated power of 370 hp.
Then it's time for an ultra rare 1969 Corvette L88, probably one of the most wanted Corvette ever: in fact Chevrolet produced only 116 C3 L88, before the big block engine was retired. The total grey Corvette has a power of 430 hp.
Last, but not least, an electric blue 1967 Chevelle SS 396, with his L78 engine: a 396 cubic-inch that generates a power of 375 hp and makes smoke its rear tyres in an incredible way.
