Incredible Giant mushrooms!

This video shows the hunt of giant mushrooms, mostly Boletus (porcino), but also other species. Every muschroom hunters wants to find always bigger mushrooms, and often they succeed in bringing home some of considerable size, even though the size do not affects the taste of the mushroom, therefore is not that important. Mushrooms should be always collected manually, it is better to avoid tools such knives or similars, since they could damage the mycelium. Also hoes and rakes should be avoided, since they could damage the ground inhibiting the growth of new mushrooms. It is then always better to make the yield be analysed from a local sanitary structure before eating, even when competent and experienced. Any edible mushroom for instance, might grow next to a toxic source, from where it may assorb poisoned nutrients and become toxic itself. Furthermore it is always better to collect the mushrooms into a wicker basket during picking, so that the spores can be spread around promoting the reproduction of the specie.
