Facebook, historical goal: 1 billion users online in a single day

Facebook, the most popular social network of our years, has reached an historic result Monday, August 24 2015: one billion users connected and active on their blue pages.
That the company was now an inseparable part of our lives, it was clear to all: every opportunity seems to be the right one to share with the virtual world. Who among us has never shared a moment of their lives on Facebook? From a simple evening with friends at the most important moments of our lives, everything is collected and reported in the "diaries" of each of us.
We do not want to deepen whether it is right or not, if the virtual life to be supplanting the real one, if we are busy writing a post to look into the eyes of our party, nor what is the most appropriate choice in the twenty-first century.
With this article and the video below, created by Mark Zuckerberg to thank users, we give him credit for making us reflect once again on a great truth: the world is really accessible with a click and, after all accounts, we are not so far apart.
