DIY - Create coral with chalk

This video tutorial shows how you can create a simple and fast beautiful coral. All you need to realize is: a natural sponge, chalk and acrylics.

In the first step, the YouTuber cuts a small piece of sponge with scissors, the size of the piece is not important. After passing the mixture of gypsum, it is important to emphasize that the plaster must be free of lumps. It immerses the piece of sponge in plaster, using a spoon. The sponge must be impregnated with gypsum, at this point remove the sponge from mixing. As you will see, the sponge should be squeezed with your hands to have the effect coral, after it has dried completely.

The drying can last from twelve to twenty-four hours this depends on the size of the sponge. Once the plaster has dried, it switches to the color of the coral with acrylic colors.
In color, you must be careful, you have to mix with the chosen color of the water to have a liquid mixture. This is to not clog the pores of the sponge and do not miss the usual structure of corals. The result is quite amazing. These corals can be used as decoration in various parts of the house. This is a nice way to create original objects of great effect.
