Chocolate Cake Vegan - Easy recipe

In this video, we learn how to prepare a cake with a chocolate recipe vegan. The ingredients for the cake are: 1 cup warm water (lukewarm, not boiling), 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (extra for dusting pan), 1 cup caster sugar (160 grams), 1 1/2 cups (180 grams) all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, 2 tsp. white vinegar, 1/2 cup canola oil (or any other neutral-flavored oil, plus extra for greasing pan). The ingredients for the glaze: 50 grams dark chocolate chopped, 2 Tablespoons water, 1/3 cup icing sugar, sifted.
Begin preparation by heating the oven to 190 degrees. Take a bowl of 8 inches, line it with parchment paper and coat them with a little oil and cocoa. Take a bowl and mix the water with the cocoa. In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. After mixing, add the mixture of water and cocoa, oil and vanilla. Shake things up and add vinegar. Now, take all the mixture and pour into the bowl and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
