BMW M3: the evolution of sound - E92 vs E46 vs E36 and also M4

During the history of BMW M3 the fans had seen five generations: the original E30 of 1986, the E36 born in 1993, E46 at the beginning of new millennium, the E90 series since 2007 and the last F80 of 2014.
All these cars got the main feature of M3: an incredible engine, very powerful and making enthusiastic all the BMW lovers.
In this video, you can listen and appreciate the sound differences between the different generations.
Starting with the yellow E36, that has a 3.2 Litres inline 6 engine generating 321 hp.
Then is the turn of the black E46 coupè, also equipped with a 3.2 Litres inline 6 but more powerful, reaching 343 horse power but you can listen a slight lag from the exhaust pipes.
Third an incredible E92 with grey body. This car has a V8 engine, 4.0 Litres and its power is 420 hp.
Finally an "intruder" like the black M4 F82: the 3.0 (the smallest of this challenge) engine it mounts is also the more powerful: 431 horse power for this inline 6 Biturbo.
Could the downsized engine of M4 F82 win against the classic E36, the prominence of E92 or the appeal of E46?
The only think is sure is that BMW M3 have no opponents in the sports car competition!
